We have various models of bizhubs color and b/w with fax forwarding to email on, they all send the file as a TIFF not PDF and I have change all the settings I can find to PDF THE scan default and the one touch button as pdf and still they all send TIFF has anyone seen this and found a solution??

I remember having some similar problems back when I worked on these, there is another setting buried somewhere down in their settings that will allow you to change the emails being forwarded out into PDFs. Keep diggin' and I will check my manuals when I get home this evening to see what else I can come up with.

Update.......if you create the one touch button to fwd emails to before you default the machine scan settings to PDF it doesn't change the current settings so deleting and recreating the one touch fixed the problem.. YEA
