What are the chances of further breaking down the non-kyocera area of this web page for manufacturer specific discussions? Many of us are multi-line dealers and it would be nice to have a place to post issues and questions. This is the best forum I've been to for questions, trends, and issues. This is also a great place to vent steam that oh so easily builds up over time!

We handle primarily Kyocera and Savin( part of the Ricoh Family Group ). We also handle HP, OKI, Lexmark printers. We still also service Panasonic Faxes.
