Copy technologies makes toner for these models and we are using it with great success at a much cheaper price.

Firedrum To answer why I posted that pricing is I dont know if you noticed but our wonderful manufactuer is cutting cost per copy by cutting our profit. If your area is like mine we are exspected to do all inclusive service agreements for a penny a page. If you do the math you are not going to get rich especially with what you are paying for that toner now. With the place I posted it is a huge saving. But if you want to make money for the manufactuer and not make any youself well then keep selling at that price and keep using gem pricing and all their special programs where you send in your customers names and they collect them. Then guess what they sell them direct.Read your dealer agreement lately not worth the paper its wrote on.

No offense but you better start whatching out for you.

Good for you Steve but I don't use generics anyway, and I don't sell myself so cheap that I have to lower my prices to what those bozo's think we should be charging. Good Luck to you.

I'm with Firedrum on this one; I've had too many bad experiences with Generic toner.

When I first got into this business, I was ordering some Cash Register parts from a vendor and when I asked him what the MSRP was, he snickered and said "Whatever you want it to be! MSRP is just a figment of the manufacturer's/distributor's imagination anyway!"

I believe staying at 1 cent per copy will put you in the poor house. maybe for the first year and increse each year after by 10 or 20%
