We are in desperate need of some parts for the TA-650c and have been put on B/O from Kyocera until Oct 23.

Your best bet is to find a Toshiba dealer. Kyocera is charging us double on some parts as compared to buying from another dealer. Thats with dealer mark-up.

Thanks. We found a Toshiba dealer and you're right about the markup on parts! Kyocera charged about $400 more for a finisher board than what the Toshiba equivalent cost! My other concerns are about getting current Firmware updates. Our last update for this model was in 2010. Kyocera has been cut off by Toshiba in getting updates. I don't know how we can be expected to support these models if we can't get parts and updates! Somebody really dropped the ball on the Kyoshiba!
