Need advice on pricing maintenance contract without toner for the KM-C2030. I have a church that wants to run mostly 11x17 duplex. They have been buying preprinted shells and running them on an RI-5230. When I do the math, b&w costs nearly as much to run on the KM-C 2030 as do color copies. What is a fair per click charge?

We charge a $50.00 base per month and .06 per color and .015 for b/w.

Thanks Silverback, I had just about come up with the same numbers, except a bit more for B&W since the fuser & transport don't care what you are running.
