WE HAVE A 5035 WITH A SRDF-2. THE LASER IS SQUAREDAND THE CCD IS SQUARED, BUT WHEN WE SQUARE THE DOC FEED, WE GET VOIDES AND LINES. UNIT HAS LATEST FIRMWARE, TRIED SIM 63,68. CONDUCTED SIM 20 AND RESETUP MACHINE. LINES AND VOIDE WILL COME AND GO. | ||

Try and Switch the Doc feeder with an other machine and see if the problem is with the mach or Doc feeder | |||
