i have 3650 wide format that is asking for toner even though it is 2500 linear feet prior to a pm kit and the developing unit is properly primed with toner. customer added new cartridge but the machine is still asking. Any information would help even thou i know these machines are not the best in the world

We recently had one do that, customer replaced toner, and it kept saying add toner. As we were working on it, turning it on and off, after about the 5th Power off/on cycle during which the toner was adding it finally went ready. I think it went so low on toner it took alot to raise toner level back to normal. We could not find anything else wrong.
