Hey guys, I'm getting a "low Fuser Temp" error on a Km-4800w in the field. At the Customers office they are able to reset the code and it doesn't happen all the time, very intermittent code. So far I have replaced everything in the Fuser except for the lamps, I've also checked the voltages going into the machine the ground potential is like .02 used a sure test for that..... Kinda stumped now.... kyocera is suggesting firmware or a whole new Fuser. any suggestions would be awesome! thanks.
