we have a km7530 that will intermittantly go into wavy prints, flickering control panel, pop 4000 codes, jam. May do some of these or any of these, or work properly. We have changed the lsu, drum grounding bushings. Rear drum grounding plate. ANy help out there????

Next would be to investigate high-voltage shorting to ground, possibly from the main charger or the transfer belt assembly. Try the 2 high voltage units after that, and then I would escalate to the power supply.

Your main charge assy. is arching, just an idea to check. ML.

did u check the outlet yet???? make sure the supply is a constant 120V/60hz...

If you have removed the OP panel and checked the boards, you want to check and make sure the ground straps on the plates on the panel are set correctly. This can sometimes cause an issue. Also check the Transfer belt assembly for any lose ground connectors or the cap that goes on the end of the main rollers on the assembly.
