I have a cs-2030 with a f-2205 internal finisher and a ad-62 duplexer installed. Any time I try to do any copies with the staple function it will jam (code: jam 83). I have been on the phone with mita tech support 3 times and they have told me that it could be sensors, feed pressure on the stapling unit. I have replaced all sensors and checked the pressure. No fix. If anyone has any ideas, it would help. thanks
There is a lever which lowers the roller down to allow the stapled pack to eject. This lever cracks and causes jams. I'm sorry I don't know what code. I seen it twice and I've notice that KM has changed this part at least twice (P/N changes).

You can tell if this lever is the problem if it keeps trying to eject the first paper being fed into the finisher tray immediately. The rollers that are supposed to be held apart until the stack is to be ejected will be touching if the lever is cracked. It also looks like the right side paper guide is not in the right place and the paper is smashed into the ejection rollers when being jogged.
