Help please, i have a 4500i that i have added the extra memory to for the double sided scan and now the machine intemittently shows FC040 error. the error can diappear for a time then comes back, any ideas?? solution?? thanks | ||

I would try another memory DIMM. Could it be CF040? =^..^= =^..^= | |||
