Haven't been out to look at the machine yet but the lady said it has "OF" displayed.
Is that even a code and if so what is it ?
And NO I have never messed with one of these before and we don't have a manual for it laying around.

OF = Overflow; the cleaning housing is filled with waste toner.

If the OF is blinking, continuous copying is disabled and 100 single copies can be made.

If the OF is lit steady, then copying is totally disabled!

It's time to clean out the waste tank (upper and lower) and clean (or replace if necessary) both the cleaning and lower cleaning blades and then reset via sim 78:

w/machine off, hold down both PRINT and STOP/CLEAR buttons, turn on power, then quickly release and again press the STOP/CLEAR button within 2 secs. select sim 78 with the set copy number up/down keys, press the PRINT key, press the PHOTO key, then press the STOP/CLEAR key. Key in 01 and press PRINT key to exit service mode.

The cleaning instructions are actually for the Metric versions rather than the inch versions (USA), but I see no reason that it wont work with the US versions as well!

I've only had to work on that series once as once I got a close look at it, I had visions of the old CC-10/20 series, and wanted nothing more to do with them! Unfortunately, one of my customers (part of a national chain) had one sent to their small satelite office by corporate and I "had" to service it! I just ordered the entire Imaging unit package, and replaced it, rather than rebuilding it (didn't keep parts on hand for the series); it was quicker, easier, and more profitable!
