Does anybody know why Kyocera has decreased the RAM disk amount on the latest FS printers? For example THe FS-4020DN has only 4 mb RAM disk significantly lower than the previous FS-4000DN with 32 mb. I get calls every month with RAM disk full errors.

Isn't the ram disk amount changeable in the RUI? I know it is on the C5300 line, the limiting factor is the amount of ram in the machine.

How would you change this in RUI? I have tried to change the RAM disk with prescribe. This only works within the 4 mb limit.
