Has anyone else noticed that when you try to print 2 sided onto letterhead, the 2'nd side prints first?? I assume this is because the machine has no HDD. I have alerted KM to the problem, but it was a big problem in an account today.

I discovered this a couple of weeks ago on a 2050, and I think all of them do that. I just tested it with a 250ci, too.

I guess it does this to always put the "first" page face-down and for page ordering. All of those finisher options (face-up, reverse order) might help somehow on a copier, but that won't help you.

just found out today it's endemic on all Wisecore models. There is a preacribe command to counter it, but it's a bug none the less.
