Don't laugh... customer would like to have it repaired if possible.
cleaned out the tube but it is still shooting toner out the bottom.

Far as I know, nothing is available for 2355's anymore. Time for upgrade. Oh, and har, har, har.

Unfortunately it's Kyocera that is laughing at you since they long ago stopped supplying the lower seal and cleaning roller.

Unless somebody has a 2355 in a boneyard somewhere, the customer finally has run out of excuses to keep using that dinosaur.
