We had an 1820 that when sending a print job to it,it would print a page and then send a blank page out with a few random characters at the top. We sent the main bd out for repair. This fixed the problem but now when recieving a fax it says to add paper to thr mp tray. It is like it sees the wrong size paper in the paper drawer. Any ideas???
This ended up being the "measurement" setting. This machine doesn't have destination setting in sims. Had to change measurement to inch under system menu.
