Hey guys,
Having a DF650 getting Jam 87 codes.Paper starts to come out of exit to main tray and then Jams with about 4inches of trail edge of paper in the exit area and shows a Jam 87.Have followed steps in the manual.Changed out sensors and boards.still having the problem.Only jamming when selecting the staple feature.or do internal print.weird problem.please help.My brain is tired.

Had a 8030 doing the same type of problem.
The duplex has a white roller on top of it that is dropped by a large solenoid the shaft that is inside this white roller gets gummed up and causes a timing jam in the exit of the finisher.
clean the roller shaft and the inside of the roller,also clean the solenoid. The other problem I had with this is double feeding causing j 86 87 check the sep and feed tires if tires are good move the tention springs on sep tires on pf units up a notch.
