Copies come out blank or some pages will have print but blank rest of the page.This is from the glass and they do not use it as a printer.It has about 10k and replaced ISU (Same as 1028) and the scanner PCB WITH NO LUCK.Next on the list is controler PCB advise from tech. support.It is very interm. and cant spend all day with the customer waiting for it to happen,so if anyone has some other ideas please make my day. | ||

Multifed sheets from the cassette may cause the symptom your describing. | |||

I thought of that to,but it also does it on single copies. | |||

Not sure if this is your problem. You can get this machine to do this if you hit the copy button and close the lid at the same time. Not all the time. | |||

Is it just me, or did KM overlook a few important things on this model. Check for bent mylars on reg rollers, or you may have faulty clutch - may need new dr-130 >> I think this machines are based on fs-1300 | |||

Dan, You must close the ADF fully before hitting the print key on this machine. If your copy is partially blank, and not the same amount each time, then your problem is probably because the print key is pressed before the ADF is fully closed. I had this exact problem. Jeff is correct.Close ADF then press start key.Once i showed the customer they finally admitted it is not the machine. | |||
