Anyone else having problems with a print overrun messsage. I'v had 3 people complain and they have just had the firmwar updated. Please let me know if anyone else hes seen this. Thanks

We had one, reformatted the hard drive, remember to back up your info onto a usb using sim 917

Have seen this as well. And as Sayen says the hotline suggested system initialization and then a HDD if it continues.

I have seen this also, hotlne has suggested format hard drive. Using Sim 917 is great info. I question when would you reformat vrs. running Scandisk. I was told scandisk will repair fragmented areas on HD, any further input on which is better or when you would use one vrs. the other would help. Thank's
