Task Alfa 620-820 jamming J-10 and J-11
Primary feed paper deck jamming

What separator spring tension number are using ?
the decks out of the box one is set to 2 and the other is set 4.

I have a lot of jamming on these decks, been replacing tires and trying different spring settings and having mixed results.

The first new style feed tires I replaced I did not change the spring tension. They lasted 150K before they started feeding 3 to 6 sheets at a time. At this point I put all new feed tires in draw 1 and 2 again, and replaced the new style springs with the tension in the service page. Draw 1 gets the 1 more and draw 2 gets 2 notches. I will see if these last any longer.
