The first new style feed tires I replaced I did not change the spring tension. They lasted 150K before they started feeding 3 to 6 sheets at a time. At this point I put all new feed tires in draw 1 and 2 again, and replaced the new style springs with the tension in the service page. Draw 1 gets the 1 more and draw 2 gets 2 notches. I will see if these last any longer.

make sure the customer isnt over filling the cassettes. if overfull it will missfeed.

T-dog use setting #3 but make sure u clean the sensor windows on timswi1 on drawer 1 & timsw2 on drawer 2...this timing switches dont have plastic mylars over it & paper dust gets in there a lot...the result are multiples j10-j11 sometimes the become defective run sim 030...block with piece of paper to see if they workin properly..good luck DUMMIETEK..go fishing...its good for the mind...
