We have 2 brand new 1028's in the office that have scan issues. Sometimes we are getting either blank copies or the copies will have only half the print on it. Hotline had us adjusting the mirrors - NG. Any ideas?
We are also having this same issue. Customer is trying to make copies of a small book off the glass and intermitently they are getting blank or half sheets. Has anybody else experienced this issue?
The problem that we were having was on the 1028 only, 1128's never had this issue. We ended up replacing the ISU Assy. (302H993040) That was a month ago and haven't heard back from the customer since.
WE HAD ONE WITH ERROR CODE ON OCC. WOUND UP THE GLASS WAS NOT SET GOOD IN TOP COVER. WHEN CUSTOMER PUT BOOK OR JUST PRESSED ON GLASS SCANNER WOULD NOT TRAVEL ACROSS AND SOMETIMES GAVE ERROR. TAKE TOP OFF AND CHECK POSITION OF GLASS IN TOP COVER WITH ONE THAT IS WORKING. GLASS MUST SIT ON TOP OF BRACES. ONE HAD FELL OFF BACK RIGHT SIDE.
