code 1313 duplexing on letter size , anyone seen yet? 3 machines.

I have a 6500i doing this also. Just jam's from the large capacity tray's. No fix yet, the part's I ordered to try are backordered.

We have a 8000i that will jam only on duplex and the code is 4403, 4404, 4401, 4402 depending which drawer it is feeding from. Duplex sensor 2 (DUS2) does not turn on during
paper feed from cassette 1,2,3 or 4. The paper is about 1" from the sensor. It may run 1,500 pages or more. We have changed duplex sensor 1 and the loop sensor. We have set sim U059 fan mode to 3. Also noticed that sim U139 shows the internal temp at 0 which does not seem right.

Our rep told us that it is a tie wrap in the back of the drive motor. Just snip it and dont cut the wires.
