Anyone having problems with paper misfeeds on KM 1815/1820? J-10, J-11 and J-40(or 41). PF roller is new. Cleaned all other rollers in paper feed path. There really isn't much there with regard to paper path. At least three machines with similar misfeed problem. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On the right side under the cover and PCB are three relays for the paper feed system clean the levers on them.

Watch from the back of the machine to see if the feed roller slips. If it does, you can try stretching the springs in the paper drawer (along with lubing a couple spots so the drawer isn't insanely hard to pull out).

try removing and cleaning the registration roller. found that if not removed and cleaned regularly it gets powder coated white from all the paper dust.

I had a J11 horrible problem that was ultimately solved by simply tightening the screws that secure the reg sensor board from the bottom of the machine. The sensor is mounted on the board and was not mounted high enough to be consistently blocked by the sensor flag
