I got a TASKALFA 820 having Jam 21. The machine is at print shop and was installed 1 month ago. They are running only drawer #1 and #2. Firmware is updated and Rollers are clean. Did sensor checks and tested too many copies. Anyone have this problem?????

change out upper vertical switch, ps2 switch for some reason they fail. you can take the lower switch and swap it with the upper

If have the same problem on a Taskalfa 620. Slopehead, can you please be more specific on witch switch it is your talking about. on the service manual the switches are marked FSW and not PS.
