cannot get into simulation 024 hdd format.

If it has one and can't get in then need 906 machine first then it will let you in.

BC, is this hdd for the print sys(hd 4) or the one for the main copier(hd70)? If it is the one for the print sys you will need to replace hdd. If it is the one for the copier, try removing it, run 906, re-install it, then format. Both drives can be removed and machine will work. If it is the one for the print sys, you will have to adjust driver settings to show the drive has been removed. It is a work around until you get the drive fixed. Both drives are available aftermarket.
