I have about 6 8030's out there and they are all running ok with the exception of 1 the fuser unit drive gear(metal with a sealed bearing) in the fuser drive section is being stripped out by the motor. We have replaced the gear a couple of times and the fuser and eject units turn free and easy. Any ideas?

If it has bushings in the turnover section. Put the kit in that has the bearings

Replace the whole unit. We've had a few do this; you can replace the motor and gear simultaneously, and it should fix it, but it's only slightly more costly to replace the whole drive.
