The service Bulletin Ref No. is 2C9-0061 {7302} Date 11-2-2005 its QA-7302 which is where I recieved info from because Bulletin was not there. I'll E-mail you now.

Hi guys & gals...I have been informed that the dragging/splotching issues I am having in the duplex mode in the 1635, 1650, 2050 is caused by moisture from the environment that the machine is in. I was givin these 2 part numbers , but I need a sorce or connection to buy this modification.
Part numbers 302DA21070 sheet eject front &
302DA21080 sheet eject rear
Please help
