We have two machines doing this. Tried a new drum unit still the same. It appears the copy rubs on some thing before it fuses but can't find anything that is rubbing it. It is not always in the same spot but only happens while duplexing. Any ideas???

Thanks in advance

Water condensing in Eject/Switchback area!

This copy quality problem often occurs in locations that have high humidity and places that are not heated overnight etc....

Fit the "Chinese" mod...
Pt.No. 2DA21080 - Sheet Eject Rear and 2DA21070 - Sheet Eject Front.

Good Luck.

Could you expand on this Chinese mod thing. Have a 2050 at Jersey Shore driving me nuts. I know it's dampness. Thanks

I know this is an older post, but could somebody email me a copy of bulletin explaining where to stick these eject sheets. I have a 2550 doing this same problem and have seen it before on a 2050. Both locations very damp. Thanks!

Noticed a few views on this problem...

Has everyone resolved their issues by fitting the "Chinese Mod" or not?.
Maybe you have seen similar fault on other models ... Just curious!
