Just installed new fw in a 6500i yesterday.already called today for jams.had a jam in the carryover section.belt is also running to one side and crimping up fuser belt.waiting on shim mod.for fuser.any R&D on this machine machine before they released it?? We have several customers fed up. Seems to happen when customer goes to remove the jam by pulling out the carryover unit first and the paper is halfway in there and gets ripped in little pieces.
