The machine prints fine, status page, print jobs, etc. When I copy on the glass or with ADF, I get a C3300. I've not replaced the exposure lamp or inverter board, the exposure lamp comes on. I've replaced the main PWB, CCD w/ PWB, SHD PWB. The mirror frames are properly contacting the rails. Any ideas? -------------------------------------------------

Ill get a 3300 code occassionally because i forget to turn the machine off while cleaning the optics, the machine loses it scan position and will not scan the white plate on the bottom of the glass. also i have seen very dirty optics cause this code.

I think I would have started with the lamp and inverter. Mostly because these are the cheapest, and simplest to change. =^..^=
