lift motor was throwing a PLU code error, lift motor was not lifting the paper cassette up into place, i replaced the lift motor and still will not lift the paper cassette, if you pull out the drawer and look at the motor from the inside is does spin, very very slowly even with the cassette sensor not engaged, does not have enouph power to pick up the paper thought. any ideas would be greatly appreciated. im thinking boards?

You have a bad engine board.

I agree, I had a 9530 do the exact same thing, and after replacing the engine brd. and doing a firmware update on the new brd. the machine worked fine.
