Customer said machine keeps running after making a copy and will not stop unless they turn it off. I just did a PM on this machine in the shop a month ago before we sold it and it was not doing it here, wondering if anyone has seen this. It's not the toner because I put a new one in when it was here and they have only made 2000 copies. Thanks.

Fixed, well nothing really wrong, they were hearing the fan thinking the machine was "running". 40 mile ride at $4.00 a gallon for nothing.

Might want to look back through the bulletins on this one. I think there was a bulletin released that had something to do with the fans on the left door staying on for long time after copying was finished. I don't recall if it caused any problems other than annoying the customer.

Thanks, I think you are right but the fan on this machine that is a little noisy is the one located down below the main board cage on the back.
