Does anyone have any 8530's out in the field, if so they seem to be blowing toner out the front of the machine, then after time we get a build up on the transfer sep unit, leaving streaks until the machine is vacuumed out. The machine has over 5 million copies on it, but our demo unit was doing the same thing with under 500k on it.

we have 6 or so out there and i have seen this a few times. had to replace to developer housing on both of them. they were both cracked.

I have one doing the same thing. Where did you find the crack?
