Switch feed roller changed as well as complete registration unit. Once jammed the piece of paper is always curled up behind the registration roller but not obvious as to why.
Any ideas?

Is this problem occuring when duplex print/copy only. If the copier has high page count I would normally rebuild duplex unit with new rollers and also solenoid b which causes alot of duplex errors.

Check the double male connectors under the registration assembly. There are two connectors and sometimes the pins push thru to one side. Check especially the larger one.
