hello,

I have a KM-1650, when i copy from the feeder the result is a blanco sheet? On the glass plate there is no problem.
Have anyone a solution??

You may have to go into sim and adjust the scanner home position, it may also be a bad D.F. Harness, maybe unplug & krimp the connector. Check your grounds in the D.F.
Does the Lamp turn when using the feeder?

I adjust the scanner home position, check the grounds,... but no result
The scanner lamp moves and turn on when i copy from the feeder. But the sheet still are blanco.

Make sure the original is face up when using the DF. Just throwing that out there.
