I have a fs-4000 that with good paper it is actually rolling the paper in the exit tray. Has anyone seen this?

the freakin fuser unit is running to hot mark..i have the same exact problem, i upgraded the firm & replace the fuser unit. still wating for customer to call me back...2months now... also check ur cooling fan for kicks...good luck

We tried to change the media type to affect the fuser temp, but no good. I did order a fuser and will post results.

We replaced the fuser on a 4000d, and it didn't help at first. We were about to do something funky with the exit roller (aptly named ROLLER FD UP), but it stopped curling on its own.
