Any one tried an aftermarket heat roller or feed tires for the 8030/6030. Do they last much longer. I am not a fan of aftermarket parts but is it worth a try for just that?I have tried the lowering the temp. to 180 and all that stuff.Just wondering if anyone had any more luck? The newer feed rollers are a little better, but?

Did you check out that firmware update for heat roller failure? It increases the cleaning web schedule.

Yeah,tried that. but you rarely get the full p.m. cycle. We also lower the heat to 180. Even on the new Task 62,82 also. they still don`t last. Any luck on any tires or heat rollers aftermarket?

No luck on the fuser roller but we've had some success using 45/5530 grey rollers in those machines.

you need to change the cleaning web cycle to more it helps the life of heat roller, dont use after heat rollers
