Guys help have a km 3060 that gets a bold streak only on 8.5 / 14 in paper from front to rear about 3 in from trail edge of paper this does not happen on any other size paper and its fine out of bypass tray out of ten i will get three good ones so i know its not the dock feeder or scanner for fun i replaced output assembly,drum,fuser, transfer even up dated firmware guys remember the cs 3035 the feed assy just before registration assy one plug and it slid out little different on the 3060 well i replaced that and it fixed the problem so i tested duplex now that blur is back only on one side but about 5 inches from the trail edge well im on a roll i changed out the duplex unit no change sorry to make this post so long i just wanted you guys to know what i have done so far any help would be great thanks James fts office supply

Have you tried fresh paper? Sometimes curled paper will have difficulty making it through the duplexer. And you don't see the effect on ledger sized paper?

(By the way, technically we feed tabloid paper through our MFPs. Tabloid is 11x17. Ledger is 17x11. I had one of my customers point that out to me.)

Just wondering ... is there a foolscap/legal setting, and what is it set to, and is it really 8 1/2 x 14, or 8 1/2 x 13 1/2, or 8 1/2 x 13? =^..^=
