Not sure what the code is. Manual shows a f000 error which is op panel communication. Had a memo about dimm problems. Try pulling and resetting the dimms. One is located in the back the other is on the op panel itself. This will get rid of strange problems.

We encountered this problem also. My notes on it are below:

CODE CF000 - Processing slows way down and multi-page jobs lock up and CF0000 appears. New memory corrected this error.

I checked an error code list I got from our tech rep. (you know, the super seceret codes they neglect to tell you about) CF000 is an error between the OP panel and controller. Main DIMM contact failure. New DIMM part number 2GR94201. It has a thicker gold contact point. That is why Gene's report of replace memory fixed it.

As a matter of fact yes it is. CF620 also has to do with a connection failure of DDR-DIMM failure. Replace DIMM. Also upgrade firmware to 2.04b to help out with this error... You may also get this error prior to CF000 error.
