When we print to the 8530 and want single sided multi copies it always staples every thing together.drivers re installed, firmeware upgraded, settings checked, and defaults checked, tech support called. nothing !! any idea's ???

Has the Customer been playing around with the defaults?

No! the machine did this from the customers network, our showroom, and a laptop.
when we delivered it for the trial demo we upgraded the system software and drivers thinking that would solve it. it didn't.
