I have a 5035 that is driving me insane to say the least. The machine wants to keep jamming when going into the exit unit of the machine which gives a J-46 when feeding from the LCF, it will also jam here when feeding from any other tray as well. I've updated the firmware, replaced the rear fixing guide, fuser unit, exit unit, middle feed/vertical feed, as well as all clutches in the LCF and the feed clutch in the conveying unit. I tried swapping the main brd. today per Kyocera request and it did not seem to change anything, it seems like once the fuser starts getting hot the jam becomes more frequent like every 3-4 pages, before that you may get 50-100 out, really weird. Any help is appriciated, i'm at the end of the rope with this one.

The deflector that sends the paper to the exit assy causes problems occassionally. It is located on the left door and is replaced when adding a AK kit for a finisher. The old style fingers were very narrow and would catch the edge of the paper. The new style has wider fingers. Also the spring will become weak and will not return to standard posotion. Id give ya a part# but books are being transfered to my new DELL Streak!!!!
