has anyone had problems with error 34 after installing dv roller if so what did you do to resolve?

Hey Craig, could you try to explain? We (dealership) have rebuilt 2 and have the same problems. Our Rep comes out and we end up replacing the whole DV unit.

Do you have the part number for the complete dv unit ? I have searched the parts manual and did not find. i am getting some shading about 4" wide on the left side on internal prints
I have replaced the drum cleaning roller and push it againest the drum I replaced both dv rollers. just searching for some ideas
