brand new 221 out of the box. says shake toner container, have tried different containers. all oem. cannot get anything to move in the motors. was able to pass paper, but nothing on it. so reran 130. now all the motors shut down at start but no errors except the shake toner container. i have beat on all 3 containers with no change.

any idea?

Did you run the sim for toner motor drive? Are you able to remove the D.V. unit to check for toner cycling & toner on D.V. roller? Maybe "906" it and start over with toner motor drive "ON". After you use sim 130, do you get a finished message or what? I don't think its a cartridge issue, sounds like a drive problem with toner motor, possibly the engine board, just thinking of things while I type.
