Anyone having any jamming from the PF750 in the 21 and 22 jam areas. we are experiencing a lot of jams when sending the jobs to tray b or c in the facedown mode. If you send jobs faceup to the sorter no problem and the machine speed is good, but when it has to turn it over and eject it will jam frequently. We have changed the switches on the vertical section, different paper, and firmware up to date. Copy Count is onlt 24980. Since there is no sim 263 for faceup memory the machine has to eject facedown to b or c or the pages are out of order. We have another machine with the PF750 but it is a 4050 and have had no problem at all over about 4 times the copies that the 5050 has. KM tech said that the engineers knew of some problem and were "working on it" but customer is ready to ship it back. Any ideas welcome!!!!!

We have the same issue with a CS-5050. We have replaced all three of the vertical switches, eliminated the pf-750(a new cassette which works with a new CS-5050, fails on the trouble unit), the finisher (again...it works on the new CS-5050 but fails on the trouble machine), swapped engine PCB, and clutches. A PF-700 is in place to 'keep the customer'. Tech Rep of little help. It seems the trouble is around Feed Clutch 3 area, about every 50 pages or so. We have pulled the trouble machine and have it at the shop. All the accessories are still at the customer and the new CS-5050 is working fine....so far. The issue must be with the copier itself, but anyone have any thoughts?
