Ok when you print to a box and in the print driver you set it to staple then it sends it to the box and you go over to the machine and hit print it will just print it out without using the settings from the print driver so it will not staple. You have to tell it to staple from the machine. Question is can you set it so it will use the printdriver settings so the customer can just hit print from the box and it will staple. Thanks for any help

I've seen this exact issue on a TASKalfa. The fix was to upgrade the print driver. This was the first version of the TASKalfa print driver, and a lot of other things were fixed in the next version. I hope this helps. =^..^=

I had the same problem with the mailbox option on the Saturn and Falcon 4. I did get confirmed from network solutions group that the mailbox option will strip away any settings you select in the print driver, they designed it that way. I don’t understand the thinking behind that one. I was told to use the Private Print/Job Storage option instead. The Private Print/Job Storage does retain the print driver settings but if you want multiple sets you have to select it on the screen when you walk up to it. I found this all out after deploying 6 520's with 25 unique mailboxes on each machine.
