This machine has less than 1000 pages on it and it will throw a c-2500 code every so often.I know its a paper feed drive problem anyone else run into this problem.Thanks for any help.

Ok just so you know that the feed motor gave out and when that happened the main board went with it.This is what tech support told me hope this is not going to be a common problem because the main board alone is $1600 lucky its under warranty.

Ok did the main board and motor and that did not solve the problem.Did some more looking and found that if the right side door switch is not being fully pressed it will cause feed drive codes and laser codes so watch out.

mostly some other C-calls are presented like C2000, C2500 of C4000. Remove back cover, when you look to the back side go to right on top there are 2 switches connected with eachother on a pin. Just bent the levers so the switch will contact sooner > problem solved. DONT change motors. Its loss of money
