Anybody face this problem before? we tried to reset the cables on the board and now we getting error code c0220 and the panel still frozed, any idea???
Hmm, the 0220 code is a scanner communication error between the scanner pwb and main pwb, the only common between the panel and code is the main pwb? Sometimes Ive been lucky and I have been able to shim the Lcd on the OPs panel to fix the locked panel but usually I have to replace them.
Check the wire harness going from the op panel on the top left of the machine, to the back. There are three harness and we have had problems with the connectors and pinched wires. The wire ties are pretty tight.Dark display, lines on display, keys not working. Also the operation tablet (touch screen) SB#8645 had a bad batch.
