This is a weird one. Upon arrival the DP670 was not being recognized by the machine so I recycled the power & was seen again. Made a copy and had some background on the copies only from the feeder.

Cleaned the mirrors to rule that out and now I'm getting black pages, only from the feeder. Also now when I make a copy from the glass the copy is quite a bit lighter than it was prior to cleaning the mirrors.

Internal prints are fine, ie, status page, reports...etc.

What the heck???

Got it fixed. One of the scanner mirrors were out of wack. Works like a champ.
