| Drumluck posted for me earlier.
So called Kyocera, reformatted hard drive, replaced DIMM, then replaced main board but used same hard drive. Next step is to replace the HD. I'll update on Monday. |

| UPDATE:
HD replace didn't work. We found out the fuser wasn't heating up after wake up. We aren't getting a C code either. In maintenance mode 199, the fuser temp is about 65 when it wakes up and never rises. Hotline suggested looking at the fuser itself and the electrical path to the fuser. I'll give an update when we check that out. |

| UPDATE:
No change with different engine board. Tried changing the wiring harness connected to the fuser, but no change. We contacted the Tech Rep about it and he's trying to dig up something. Still no change though. |

Power User

| The fuser heaters are switched On/Off by the SSRs on the Power Supply PWB. Since you've already changed out the main PWB, maybe you've got a bad SSR on the Power Supply. Remember back in the old days when you could order a single Triac for $25, and install it? =^..^=

Thanks for the replies. I checked the fuses and they all tested for continuity. I tried changing the power board also, because I could. Still no change! I'm going to try George's suggestion and restore it to factory default. |
