PULLS ORIGINALS CROOKED CAUSING THE COPIES TO COME OUT LONGER THAN THE ACTUAL ORIGINALS. bOTH FEED ROLLERS HAVE BEEN REPLACED AND TECH REP HAS BEEN TO LOOK AT THE MACHINE. hAS ANYONE SEEN THIS AND IF SO DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS.

Make sure that the paper roll is placed exactly on the marks. I had a problem with that solution but I can't remember if it was with the 3648 or the newer 3650.

Good suggestion but we have already checked that. It prints fine from the computer and anything internally printed. the scanner seems to have the issue.
